AI agents for law firms
The paralegal hours your firm never gets back, handled for you.
Your firm doesn't need another piece of legal software to learn. We build custom AI agents that triage new-client intake, file documents, run conflict checks, and keep clients updated, all inside the tools your firm already uses, and we run them for you day to day. It's the work of a paralegal without the hire, and your data stays yours. Designed by a 14-year cybersecurity practitioner and read-only by default, so nothing gets sent, moved, deleted, or filed on a client without an attorney's sign-off. You don't build or maintain anything, and your data is portable anytime.
See it in action
One portal for everything your agents handled.
Every drafted reply, filed document, and conflict check shows up in one place, with anything that needs an attorney's sign-off queued for one-click approval.
What we build for legal teams
The work that fills a paralegal's day, taken off the plate.
A small firm runs on the same handful of repetitive tasks: reading the intake inbox, naming and filing documents, checking for conflicts, and answering "where are we on my case?" An agent does each of these the way your firm would, and pulls in a person the moment something needs judgment.
Catch every intake before it slips
The agent watches your shared intake mailbox and web-form inbox, drafts a clean case-file record, captures the key matter details, and flags the lead to the right attorney, so a potential client never falls through an overflowing inbox.
Signed forms, named and filed
Engagement letters, signed releases, discovery PDFs, and court correspondence get pulled out of email, named to your firm's convention, and dropped into the right matter folder in Clio, SharePoint, or OneDrive, no manual saving and renaming.
A first-pass conflict screen
On every new matter, the agent cross-checks the parties against your existing client and matter list and surfaces potential conflicts for an attorney to clear, before any work or filing begins. The human makes the call; the agent does the legwork.
The "where are we on…" emails
The agent drafts routine status updates from the real state of the matter, next hearing date, what's outstanding, what's been filed, ready for an attorney to review and send. Clients stay informed without partners writing the same email five times a week.
Quietly chase what's outstanding
Aging invoices, unsigned engagement agreements, and low trust-account balances get a polite, on-brand follow-up drafted on the right cadence, so accounts receivable and replenishment requests don't depend on someone remembering.
It knows when to stop
Anything unusual, sensitive, or client- or court-facing is drafted and queued for one-click attorney approval, never sent or filed blindly. You decide which steps run automatically and which always wait for a person.
Why a managed agent, not a tool
You practice law. We run the agents.
Most "AI for lawyers" products hand you a tool and a learning curve. We're the opposite: a managed agentic-AI service, think of us as the AI department your firm doesn't have to hire. We find the workflows that actually waste your team's time, build the agents end-to-end inside your own systems with tests and guardrails, and then keep them healthy day to day, watching for drift, cost, and failures so you don't have to.
Your data is yours. The agents, the workflows, and the documentation all run in a tenant dedicated to your firm, written in plain English from day one. Your data is portable anytime, the work is SOC-2 aligned and rooted in 14 years of cybersecurity experience, and your client data stays in your tenant. We're based on the North Carolina coast in Wilmington and work with firms remotely nationwide.
Built for North Carolina family-law firms
A managed AI service that fits how NC firms have to work.
We're based on the Cape Fear coast in Wilmington and work with family-law firms across New Hanover County and the rest of North Carolina, plus remotely nationwide. That matters because for an NC firm, how you adopt AI is now a professional-responsibility question, not just a productivity one.
The North Carolina State Bar's 2024 guidance on artificial intelligence makes clear that attorneys keep their duties of competence and client confidentiality when they use AI. Public chatbots that learn from whatever you paste into them are a poor fit for that standard. Our model is the opposite: your matter data stays inside a tenant your firm owns, we sign a Business Associate Agreement where regulated data is involved, the agent reads but never sends anything client- or court-facing without an attorney's approval, and every action is logged.
Built so you can't outsource your judgment
The AI does the legwork. You make every call that matters.
There are two ways to use AI, and they pull in opposite directions. Substitution lets the tool do the work instead of you, which quietly erodes the judgment you stop exercising. Augmentation uses it to gather and organize faster, so your time goes to the decisions only an attorney can make. We built the service around the second one: the AI gathers, sorts, and proposes, and the attorney decides and signs off. Nothing client-facing or court-facing is sent or filed without a human approving it, and every action is logged, so supervision is demonstrable, not assumed.
